From warrior II, straighten front knee, pushing through the ball of the foot. Inhale, reaching forward and extending the spine. Exhale and drop the front arm towards the floor, reaching down without twisting the hips and reach up with other arm, stretching and opening the chest and shoulders. Gaze upward if your body allows. Press through the outer edge of back foot and keep both legs strong and straight.
